Stock the Teacher’s Lounge at Cheyenne

Let’s help stock the teachers’ lounge at Cheyenne Middle School with snacks and drinks in December and January! You can help by making a donation through Church Center or redemptionokc.com/give and selecting Benevolence Fund in the dropdown menu. All money given to the Benevolence Fund in December will go towards purchasing items each week to keep the teachers’ lounge stocked during December and into January.

Line the Street Carol Sing Toy Drive

Line the Street Carol Sing is partnering with the Edmond Public Schools Foundation to bless students this Christmas. There are around 6,000 Edmond Public School students who receive free or reduced-price meals and around 200 un-housed students in Edmond. The Edmond Public Schools Foundation works to support these students year-round by providing food, hygiene products, and other essentials. This Christmas, you can bring a new and unwrapped toy, book, or puzzle for an elementary-aged kid to Line the Street and those gifts will go directly to students who might not get many or any gifts at Christmas. You can also text EPSF to 56651 to make a financial donation to the Edmond Public Schools Foundation. 

Food Pantry Donation

Redemption Student Ministry is collecting non-perishable food and toiletry items to donate to Project 66 Food and Resource Center in Edmond. You can bring canned foods, cereal, oatmeal, peanut butter, jelly, basic baking supplies, and/or individual-size toiletries to church at Cheyenne on Sunday, December 18th, and our students will take the donations to Project 66. If you’d like to donate to Project 66 after December 18th you can take items directly to them at 2612 S Kelly Ave.

Christmas Eve Church Planting Offering

Every year on Christmas Eve we have a special offering that goes to support ministry outside of our church. This year our Christmas Eve offering will go to support helping new churches get started through church planting. You can support church plants by making a donation by cash or check at our Christmas Eve service or by donating via Church Center or redemptionokc.com/give on Christmas Eve. The first $5,000 of donations made on Christmas Eve will go to support church planting.
