From Series: "Resurrection Community "
The last year makes us all desire a better world. We see the problems and argue over solutions. Most of us seem more disillusioned than determined. Sadly, the last place most people look for help is in the church. We are starting a new series right after Easter where we will look to Jesus’ greatest sermon for guidance. These words of Jesus have ignited souls for 2000 years. The Sermon on the Mount is the closest thing to a Christian manifesto Jesus ever gave to us — this is his vision for human flourishing. Jesus’ life, death and resurrection call out a community who are supposed to be different. Jesus invites us into a resurrection community to experience deep, heart-changing, whole-person discipleship. We won’t become all we should be until Jesus returns to reign in the fullness of his kingdom, but the invitation is ours TODAY — Invite a friend to join us as we taste and see the world King Jesus wants for us all.
