MOVE UPDATE | Praying for Others, Praying for Us
Our small groups are currently studying prayer, and we have been reminded how much we deeply depend on God’s presence and provision. We want to be a people that knows how much we need God and learn to pray as a way of life. We are praying that Christ would be formed in us and in those who are currently far from God. We are praying expectantly for all that God will do in us and through us.
Tuesday, we had the opportunity to sit down with the principal at John Ross Elementary. We’ve enjoyed incredible favor with the school faculty during this entire process, and can’t wait to enter this next season of ministry. As we were talking, we asked if it would be okay to pray at the school one evening. She emphatically replied, “yes!”
I’m thankful that we can pray for our launch, but even more thankful to pray for each of you that are already growing here with us. We are on mission together, becoming authentic disciples of Jesus who live for the glory of God and the good of our world.
We’re so thankful for God’s provision through your giving–it is making a difference! Would you prayerfully consider how you could help fund the Move the Mission campaign? We need to move the mission forward as soon as possible, but can’t do it without your help. Click here to give.
